Hey there, flower friend! 

We're thrilled to embark on this petal-filled adventure with your stunning floral keepsakes. These terms are our collaboration's potting soil—a guiding roadmap ensuring we stroll the same garden path. Embracing these terms is embracing 'Pressing Miss Daisy'—a beautiful partnership crafting something truly special together.

Flower Condition Upon Arrival:

The customer is responsible for ensuring flowers arrive in suitable condition for preservation. If unsuitable, we'll notify and provide photographic evidence. We don't accept responsibility for the initial condition.

Unworkable Bouquet:

If the bouquet arrives unworkable for preservation due to bugs, mold, or any unsuitability, we reserve the right to discard it. We'll take pictures on arrival, notify the customer, and allow bouquet collection within 24 hours. We won't be responsible for returning the unworkable bouquet.

Duration of Preservation:

Preservation duration varies due to flower types, techniques used, and display environments. While we aim for enduring quality and make use of industry best practice for preservation, we can't guarantee a specific duration due to natural flower characteristics. Please note, white flowers may transition to a cream or brown hue, and all flowers will undergo colour changes as a natural part of the preservation process. 'Pressing Miss Daisy' cannot guarantee the exact colour retention of the preserved flowers.

Aftercare Responsibilities:

Upon receiving the preserved floral piece, it becomes the customer's responsibility to ensure proper aftercare. Displaying the piece away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures will prolong its lifespan. Any fading or deterioration due to improper care is not our responsibility.

Use of Flowers in the Final Piece:

We retain the right to select flowers based on considerations such as thickness, condition, or available space within the frame. In the event that there are insufficient flowers to fill the requested size, we will promptly notify the customer and adjust the final invoice accordingly.

Excluded Attachments in Final Piece:

Any wires, pins, ribbons, or attachments present in the bouquet won't be included in the final preserved piece. If you wish to retain these items, please ensure their removal from the bouquet before sending it to us to preserve.

Shipping Responsibility and Beyond:

'Pressing Miss Daisy' endeavors to ensure the bouquet's safety during shipping and while at the framers. However, in the event of any issues or damages occurring during shipping, at the framers, or beyond our control, our liability is limited to offering a refund for the original piece. We cannot be held liable for further compensation beyond this refund.

Outstanding Balances:

Orders won't be shipped until all outstanding balances are paid.

Agreement Acknowledgment:

By engaging our services, the customer agrees to these terms in their entirety.
